Welp, I guess a lockdown is as good a time as any to work on making new videos, eh? I finally got some free time now! I recorded footage for this quite a while back, but I just got around to editing it now.
So as one of the first full-scale WBaWC scripts I've seen, this one does an excellent job at capturing the feel of Keiki, Saki, and Yachie! It's a shame there aren't any difficulty settings (at time of recording), but for the most part I feel it strikes a good balance between not-too-hard with a good bit of challenge to it.
As mentioned in the video, and title, this was my very first playthrough of the script, so my gameplay is a bit rough (and as you'll note, I also encountered a glitch that I couldn't reproduce, and it made one of the spells way harder than it should've been). After repeat playthroughs the patterns felt more manageable. However, the fact I was able to do decently well on my first playthrough is a good testament, I think, to the fairness of the script -- I've tried to be a proponent, particularly with my last couple of scripts, of not having "blind run killers" in a boss fight: that being attacks that are nearly impossible to survive if you've never seen them before.
Aside from a few minor gripes I have about the bullets (perhaps mostly with regards to the final attack), this is a very solid and very fun script to play through! Go ahead and give it a download here:
