Hi this is very impressive, im very pleased to have subscribed to your channel as im doing a restoration of a 1984 HJ47 in Cape Town South Africa which ive had for 28 years. It has rust and neglect issues and im learning so much from what you are doing. I dont have anywhere near your tool skills but your work is pointing me in the direction I need to learn and get more tools. Thank you for posting its very much appreciated

Thanks for your comment. I think you can learn a lot from watching KZbin videos. You don't need expensive tools I only use the cheapest tools and spray guns.Simon.

Like watching your videos there great is that a sand blasting cabinet or water blaster I'm interested i doing same sort of resto keep the videos coming

did you reco the vacuum pump plate and vanes etc? or was that bit just for looks?

I just left the vanes alone a bit of a polish. The plate I rubbed it flat on fine wet sand paper and a piece glass.
