@@zacmagers all good! We just got back into town. Yes it was 34 this morning. So two of us took up the new Kakwa 55 and man, what an amazing pack. So light and comfortable. Lots of hiking but beautiful up there.

@chadwinder4579 That’s some chilly weather! Comfortable pack right! For the price tag being as reasonable as it is, it’s a hell of a pack. When I was in Sequoias a few weeks ago I ended up at about 32 pounds, and it was still very comfortable. I’d like to see what a solo weight of 20-23 would feel like. Hope you all had a great time, you are most likely catching the last of the good weather

When you say “I’m just not feeling it” you still look bad ass in those glasses. Then you top it by setting up your living room in front of the biggest t.v. screen nature has to offer. Not bad.

Ha hilarious ! Many folks have experienced some level of altitude sickness, but this was my first touch of it. Ive been between 7,000 and 9200 many times, for some reason my body said no to 9500. I didn't realize how wheezy my breathing was until I listened to clips with headphones on. Not the usual style of backpacking adventure videos but this was fun to edit for sure.
