Do crested geckos really need this kind of food??? In my country there doesn t exist that kind of food( i mean pangea and others) and at the pet stores they feed them just crickets. Would it be possible if i make a fruit pasta by myself for the crested gecko??

Ok I swear this is my last comment, but I tend to comment as I'm watching so sometimes I make multiple comments. Anyways, my question is, would it be ok to add some pureed banana/mango/fig something along those lines, to make one of the insect mrps more palatable IF the gecko doesn't otherwise take it? This is intended as a last resort type of scenario. I don't yet own a crested gecko so I want to know what my options are before something occurs

Yes! That would be ok. Other good and popular options are to add a but of honey, bee pollen, or a small amount of plain organic Greek yogurt.

@@AltitudeExotics I actually just found a great page by moon valley reptiles where they list off all the fruits with their respective calcium/phosphorous ratios, well that's getting printed for the binder 😁 Thanks for your response. I love your videos, you are so educational and entertaining! *edit about the yogurt, that was my other thought, if adding milk or yogurt for calcium would be a good idea and also to get the consistency right

A small amount of yogurt works great, it gives the food a nice creamy consistency.
