Altra Outroad 2 Tested 100 km on different trails

I have tested altra outroad 2 on mountains, forests, caves, also at the Black Sea shore.
Since last year when I had the talus fracture, I have tested: Nike, Mizuno wave ride, Asics cumulus 24, UnderArmour, Salomon SenseRide, Altra Rivera 2.
Asics Cumulus 24 - is very good shoe, running on asphalt..but I can not use them for mountains or forests
Salomon Sensifit GTX - long distance shoe, light, and stable
Altra Outroad 2 - after 100km it seem a very good shoe, light, comfortable, stable, zero drop. It keeps the ankle in a good position compared to mizuno or nike..
I wear size 44, but I would recommend size 44 1/2.

Just got mine, will have to go a half size up next pair, like the stability of the shoe my Temp 4s are just right!

How bad did you break your talus? Did you manage to get decent dorsiflexion? Does it still improve?

After 1 year and half..I may say that when the weather is changing ..I feel burning in ankle..but I can manage. Regarding dorsiflexion I still fight to get a 40 degree angle

I saw 2 X-rays in the video but could not identify where the fracture was.

@@alex_gorsh8 when I arrived for the first time to the hospital, in the evening when I broke it, the doctors made a xray then gave me an injectiin and i felt asleep, then put the ankle in place (my foot and ankle was inverted), then they made another x ray…and then came out the result with covid and put me into isolation. So those 2 x rays, i do not have them. But the doctor who cared about me after covid…i dont know how..but he had the first x rays in his phone, because I had a conversation with him in which I said that in my opinion I had a first grade talus fracture and he replied: what? You had a third grade…and showed something on his phone..but I could not understand at that moment..So, those x rays are made after several days since the accident…
