Got into running last year after not wearing any sneakers for like 25 years after moving to florida. With my feet pretty used to unrestricted sandal wear, I ended up settling on these after trying on about every option my local stores had to try. Was about the only one that i thought didn't feel too restrictive. Super comfortable shoe a year latter too. My only complaint is the top mesh section at the very top ripped on it's own like 2 month in, and that stitching above the toes popped up with a hole shortly after. And that is with light work use and basically just running on flat sidewalk every day.
