Hey, the extra attention being brought to this classic isn’t a bad thing. Ryan Murphy (the creator of Monster and Monsters) is bringing a younger generation to know music from the 80’s and 90’s, and that’s a good thing. The same thing happened in Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, it brought attention to classics like Silent Morning, Sadeness, etc…

My friend and me asked for his autograph, we were only 12 lol, he said “did you buy the single?” we said “oh no, we just taped it off the radio” (we didnt get enough pocket money!)... he laughed, gave us a signature and patted us on the head haha. Its a classic and if had been released any other time it woukd have been Number 1 in the charts (it ended up 2nd after Adamski’s Killer which is also a classic).

Didn't know Americans or anyone outside of Britain knew this old banger. Nice to see it go global.

I could listen to this on repeat. Oh wait, I have for 30 years 🤣. Still waiting for the 00's to come up with decent dance music. Every decade had a music style, the 00s has never really stood up.
