yeah sorry, even to this day I don't know. I thought it was to hold the trench coat in case of leaning but the figure still standing straight.

I don't really know what the clear acrylic stand is used for but maybe it's for his trench coat? if anyone knows please tell me since I have no clue. As always, I Hope you enjoy the video! I came to you video looking for answers on that transparent stand.... I got the "special" version with the fedora but I must say it steals alot for the "visibility"? Not sure hoy to describe it but just doesn't look as good as I hoped for. Also I'm quite disappointed in this figure as mine it's too inclined forward.. my guess the stand is to somehow correct this inclination pushing from the right knee, at least I used if for that. Will be back here if I found the real usage. Thanks for the video.

So, would you recommend the fedora ver? I was planning on getting it but, if you have issues with it then I'd probably just stick with this version. I also have no idea want the transparent stand is used for, if you do find out I would like to know.

@@GameSmashers101 I went for the fedora one because its more "iconic" if you know what I mean. the issue of it bending forward must be only on mine, and while in general its a nice figure, the hands in front of the face and the shadow of the hat makes for poor visibility of the face( if you look for the GSC video, dont get deceived by the studio ilumination), so in the end its up to you but if i had the budget i'd buy the regular one too.

@@GameSmashers101I got the fedora one and I'm so disappointed by it. His glasses are more like goggles welded to his face. After seeing you're video I wish I'd gotten the normal version (not fedora) and now everywhere is sold out with the normal one. Like I don't buy figures very often and the 1 time I treat myself I get the version that looks worse. UGH. So yeah I don't recommend the fedora version, if you know anywhere with the normal version in stock please tell me.

Whoa! my apologies for not looking up the info before claiming, I take full responsibility for the incorrect info. and hope not to claim something before research. thank you for the correction and I have updated my comment with the proper info. I do not own that version, so I don't know if it comes with both heads or just the one. Also, to answer your question I purchased the figure on a 3rd party site and not directly from GoodSmile Company, which is why I didn't see that version. Thanks again for clarifying!

My comment wasn’t about misinformation lol I was just letting you know since you mentioned they didn’t make a head with the glasses and hat. It sounded like you wanted the figure to have those things so now you know there is a version with them in case you’re interested in getting that one if it’s still available!
