He's a great player but he's nowhere near being the best 2nd row ever to play the game.Thats a ridiculous statement. Wales haven't produced any other decent 2nd rowers to challenge him which is a big part of the reason he has gotten so many caps.

He's a starter for the lions, one of the most consistent players going, plays the game at such a high standard. Does the unappreciated work off the ball as well. I'm also Welsh and an ospreys fan so I am biased 😂

Controversial opinion: The only reason he is anywhere near 150 caps is because Wales have very few quality second rows, and he should be no where near the Lions next year.

True that there haven’t been many really quality Welsh locks to challenge AWJ over his career. But don’t forget he has won 9 caps for the Lions as a second row over three tours so has been preferred to locks from the rest of the Britain/Ireland for the past 12 years...
