I never understood the concept of 'gag order', especially being placed on a bias, one-sided issuance. If there's a need to control issues being released to the public, and a judge deems a gag order is required, then blanket that order upon everyone involved. Especially in this instance where the prosecution and their witnesses are given carte' blanc to speak and say anything to everyone, but the defense is prohibited from so much as claim of innocence.

The fact is that the court HAS already outlined these concerns and answered them. There's is no need for this lengthy, drawn-out hearing other than for the court to pull it all together so no one tries this lawfare again. And maybe to pave the way to prosecute at least 4 of our former potus for their crimes against humanity and treason.
