Hi, there are several reasons for that. 1.January is the quietest month of the year 2.Most cafés are closed for renovations in January. 3.Shooting time is in the afternoon, the percentage of people is smaller. People show up in the evening. As you can see there are hardly any cafés on the coast.

Because its winter time go there June July August time then there's plenty of people about
