Yes, it takes strength ... which I and others are short on. There is only one solution that I know of ... get closer to Jesus, listen and be obedient to Holy Spirit.

Definitely it is not our own doing but God's that we have been saved that God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son so we could be free of sin .
