Hello! Thanks a lot for all your videos with mistakes, it helps a lot!! Maybe you can do a short video with chicken walks in samba, it is very hard to find balance in legs (I am just the beginner)

@@DanceInsanity no, I’m 35 years old, all my life I had a dream to start ballroom dancing, and I decided to start now:) Our trainer is a man, he is very good, but many steps in women’s performance look more bright and clear. All your videos are very motivating and inspiring for me 🌸🌸🌸

Great points, but as a person of science I must complain about "every 15 degrees of tilt adds 27 pounds to the weight of your head". 98% of humans have a head 11 pounds/5 kg or less and that there would be a linear relationship between tilt angle and (presumably) torque also doesn't make any sense. My guess is that the numbers that you are mentioning are expressed in foot-pounds or Nm. The importance of correct posture is of course important nevertheless.

Yea, the important point is good posture. but I should have known I can't hide anything from the "people of science"! Correction - the head would feel like 27 pounds of pressure on the spine. 😉
