Fabulous version! It seems like whatever you play, there's a kind of relaxed confidence that adds an extra layer of verisimilitude to your covers. Thank you for your music!

My favorite Satch piece of all time by far. I always love it it when people play that first chord/arp in the proper voicing. Great to see you back Jess! Thanks for the upload.

What's your top 5?
@GHRiz Жыл бұрын
@@Samkiitt Hey, sorry, I'm just coming back to this much later, but I'd have to say probably AWYAWM is number 1, as I said, then Flying In A Blue Dream (the song, not the album obviously), Satch Boogie, Summer Song, and then maybe... Big Bad Moon to round it out... and TBH, I wouldn't want to put the other 4 in any particular order, and admittedly, I am not very up on his 2000+ stuff... there's some I've only heard a couple times in passing and some I've never heard, so there might be some stuff in there I'd pick if I was more familiar with it.

Brilliant rendition. This song came out when I was in high school. I got the dang album on cassette and took my girlfriend to the prom in my Chevy Nova with this song playing. That was a good night. I have no idea what happened to her or the cassette. And the Nova is long gone.

hi jess, I met you years ago with the first vdc loaded by jtc .. your talent is undeniable, then you play the bass well, the formula is complete .. you just need the drums .. anyway, nice interpretation of this piece amazing .. I ask you, if you can answer .. if you use some special effects on the electric, and what kind of pick, has a particular attack / sound .. thanks already for your possible answer .. greetings .. . 🙂😋😉 / 🎼🎵💙🎸💙🎶 / 👍✌🏿👌🏻👋🏽

Great playing. I have a question regarding the picking style: I was kind of surprised that you didn't choose alternate picking for the patterns at the start but you do a down stroke at every new string. Is this typical or are rather uncommon choice in that kind of instrumental guitar rock? Best regards!

I've enjoyed listening and checking in every now again over the past 12 years but feel I must finally comment. If you've made the decision to play on your tod for the rest of your life, I'd recommend taking up classical guitar. IMO and experience, having played a variety of styles, it will present you with repertoire of higher overall quality, which you'll probably find increasingly more fulfilling as you grow older.

I just got a copyright strike from Jam Track Central for sharing a video of you from 2012 and your amazing musicianship. I have a tiny un-monetized channel that's purely focused on sharing great music. Is there any way I could get permission to share it from you? It was of you playing Get It Like That by the Aristocrats. Thanks and keep sharing your musical talent with the community!

Honesty, JTC are nothing to do with me and a lot of the content I had recorded there was covers, please ask them directly if there’s any issues, again, nothing to do with me - I write my own stuff nowadays
