Just bought. A 9580. Spent the morning trying to learn it. Needless to say i was ready to take it back. Then i found your video. I learned so much.

I got my 9480 in December. I’ve never owned a Janome and I LOVE it! I’m so glad to see this video. There isn’t anything out there for this model. Thank you!

Excellent video! I'm definitely a Husqvarna Viking/Pfaff user, but I'm really considering getting this machine. What has really drawn me to it is the ASR. I've been wanting a stitch regulated machine for a few years, but I just don't have the space for a long arm sit down machine. I played with this model at a quilt show and it has been on my mind ever since

This was a fantastic tutorial. I have just got this machine and was feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the functions. Thank you for a great tutorial. It would be great if you showed what can be done with the foot pedal and knee lift settings too. There are very few tutorials for this machine and none are as in depth as this. Even Janome doesn’t have a decent tutorial, everyone seems to be concentrating on the M8.

Best. Janome. Video. Ever!! I have had my machine for 3 1/2 years. Even though it’s a Memory Craft 9450, a lot of the settings are the same. I learned so much. Thank you very much!! And Peter, great job on the filming and the close-ups!!

Thank you so much of the tutorial, I really enjoyed it. I’m currently saving up for this machine because I’m going to get into quilting. I am still using my Janome MC 4000 I think it’s 25 years old now and still going strong.

Thank you for this. I'm still learning my machine,so much,it is overwhelming sometimes. BTW ,I was brushing out the bobbin case,saw that dot in the bottom was trying to get it out,you stopped me!!! I think I will experiment with the screen and different stiches. My manual has tab post-its on the things that I need reminders on. I ❤ this machine. I am looking forward to learning more of what it can do.
