I get enough sleep and study 2 hours every morning on a work day and do a lot more on weekends. I’m also an early sleeper, that really helps a lot.

Thank you so much for watching. On how relevant data analytics is to your profession, I believe it's relevant and I've seen people who are data analysts and they work within the health field. Some call them health data analysts/scientists. On time management, the ALX curriculum is a lot and you really need to get your priorities right in order to meet up. I work full time and it can be exhausting combining ALX with work. What I do is study 2-3 hours on a workday and devote more time to studying on weekends.

Yes, it's just the application fee of $150, and the entrance exam is mainly to gauge your level. Even if you don't perform well on the exam, you won't lose access to the course.

Hi. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Data Analytics ALX program. I recently got accepted for a sponsorship and I inquired about the number of hours required weekly given that it's very important for me to know that given that I'm employed. The online support provided me with the information that the program requires 15 hours per week so I pair my fees based on that information because I can put in 15 hours per week. But I recently discovered that it's 40 hours per week and that would be too hard for me to do given my working schedule. Can you please share the accurate information on how many hours are required per week?

Hi, thanks for so much for watching the video. For my cohort, the data analytics program is divided into 2 phases. The first phase will require you to devote 35-40 hours per week and the second phase requires about 15 hours a week. However, I didn’t pay for the course as it’s sponsored by Mastercard foundation. It’s possible ALX will make some changes with the upcoming cohort. What I will advise is for you to reach out to their team on Instagram and have more clarity.
