The girl with the unexpectedly long name that has nothing to do with her profile pic Well cause Lexa was already losing a lot of blood and she is a nightblood so it will be difficult to get other noviciates’ nightblood cause in Polis they don’t have the proper tools. Lincoln didn’t lose any blood, he just went into cardiac arrest but they could still shock his heart to give it a jump start. And because Lexa’a wound came from a bullet, it would’ve been lodged in pretty deep making it hard to extract the bullet. And usually when shot by an arrow there is minimal bleeding because the arrow is still in place keeping everything else in place.

Alycia just didn't and still doesn't understand the impact LEXA had on people. The issue for me is she and Eliza never interacted with the fans on Social Media to see the impact during the 16 episode Lexa was on T1OO. For example: Right Now there is the Supergirl couple ship "Sanvers"; both actresses are very much invested with the fans interacting and seeing the out pouring they are getting. With Alycia and Eliza they never interacted with the CLEXA/Lexa fandom, then post 307 they stayed away for sure! Eliza and Alycia were disconnected in that way; if they saw or maybe interacted a little more with fans during the time period of CLEXA both would have understood the impact overall.

Jay Lee-- Here is the issue with YOU STANS! People can't talk openly about Eliza or Alycia in anyway way shape or form without getting crap for it! I'm over it! I can speak freely about them if I chose to. The thing is when YOU as an actor or actress play a character who is a minority in a country like the United States. You need to do your research; learn what playing a character that is a lesbian means. Learn the culture, learn the history. You can't say "i read the script and it was just there" being young doesn't give you a pass on being naive about certain issues. Alycia is a VERY smart girl, but she comes from a place were LGBTQ issues are not as massive like in America or other places. She did say that she didn't feel she had the right to speak about the issue. Here is the thing; once you see the impact your character made based on the performance given. Go to your phone and computer and start doing some research and learn about it. Fast! You can't ask Alycia questions in regards to Lexa as a lesbian because Alycia never saw Lexa as a lesbian but a woman. Which is fine; she should and a lot of people should. But at the end of the day Lexa is not JUST a woman. Alycia needs to understand the impact; to not understand the impact of Lexa's death even months later blows my mind. Even at this con she understood the surface of it and the trope. She hasn't gone in depth with it. The reason for this is because she wants to move on from the show and role. If you look at her IMDB her "Known For" doesn't have T100/Lexa on it! Her team is making sure to separate Alycia from Lexa. This is a BIG thing to do. i stopped watching mainly because of lexa but let’s be honest here, Lincoln and Lexa died in not even a single episode from each other (they were two fan favorites) and season 3 had a HORRIBLE plot, half the time I didn’t even know what was going on. And lexa deserved a better death at least, Raven crashed on earth and didn’t have any major injury, but lexa gets shoot ONCE and dies, it didn’t even hit any of her major organs. That’s why most people stopped watching. Season 3 made no sense whatsoever and I stand by my decision of not wanting to watch it.

It is not fair for you to say that people quitting the show are in the wrong because as multiple people have said this is a negative problem that keeps happening to queer characters they get to be happy for 10 mins and then something tragic happens and it wouldn’t be a problem it they had more queer characters but since they don’t it turned people off from the show since it felt out of character and highly broke the suspension of disbelief since one a grounder using a gun in forbidden and two people don’t die of more extreme things in the show like how raven survived for like a week in the drop ship after sustaining a parlizing injury that most likely would have killed her or how Octavia survived getting stabbed and thrown off a cliff.

I am not surprised that a lot of people who are not gay do not think what impact it has when a relationship between same sexes lead roles in mainstream series is portraid. It is ignorance. Only when they have relationships from close relatives it gets picked up On their radar. Being gay you are already happy when One of the 2 characters doesn't suddenly turn heterosexual, dies,... I do believe there is a difference between films, series in Europe & Us. In Europe in Some countries Sweden, Denmark, Norway even Belgium there is room for independent funded film, tv industry where Relationships are more portraid in a realistic way. I do believe there is more room for it know then 10 years ago. Doesn't everyone wants to Go and watch,... they can relate to?
