Alyeska's Alaska Native Program

Each year, Alyeska Pipeline Service Company (Alyeska) is proud to offer internship opportunities to highly-motivated college students who are currently attending an accredited university, participating in undergraduate or graduate degree programs. The internship program is strategically designed to give students the opportunity to gain valuable work experience while supporting current business needs and allowing us to identify new and diverse individuals to build and sustain a high performance culture throughout the workplace.
The Alaska Native Program video was created by Tara McGrogan, an MBA graduate from UAF School of Management and Alyeska intern, as her final intern project. Tara chose to highlight a few success stories of employees who came to the company through opportunities offered at Alyeska; the scholarship, internship, and employee development programs. These programs are managed by the Alaska Native Program and are closely aligned with the company’s long range plan to focus efforts on attracting, developing and retaining a high potential workforce.
