The meaning of the song has a couple of layers. It is not only about the girls and women, but also about the country, that declared its independance and is often presented in myths as a little girl. It finds and fights for its way in life like a young healing spring and already has a heavy burden on its shoulders.

As a Ukrainian, I think it's safe to say that this song is more related to Ukraine, because ''With us mama Teresa, diva Maria'' might mean that we are being protected by higher creatures if I can say it like that. Furthermore there are some songs in this year's vidbir about power of women, and I think this one is included. In my opinion this is not related to raising a child, as you said, but being a woman overall. That's exactly what Alyona rapped in her part about. This is how I see this song personally so I still can be incorrect. To all of this I can add that I like this song because it relates both to Ukraine and females, which makes it more gorgeous, but this is still my opinion! Thank you for your reactions to our vidbir, your support means a lot for us. 💙💛
