Honestly I admire you for putting yourself out there, especially in today's market. It's incredibly unfair how the market only ever caters to rich people or people who were fortunate enough to not have to take on student loans because their wealthy parents paid for their education. There's also such a lack of smaller starter homes (1500sq ft or smaller) because the only new homes being built nowadays are oversized family homes that only the wealthy can afford. I hate it so much. I'm so proud of you for trying your best and putting yourself out there, you are amazing ❤️

Considering your open to mobile homes, consider Mobile Home/Land packages if you haven’t already. You can pick your own land and mobile home and lump them together in one monthly payment. Then if you decide you want to build a home you can still build on the land and sell the mobile home on to someone else!

It took more houses than I could have imagined to get my perfect home (even with an FHA loan as a single mom). Writing a heartfelt letter is what sealed the deal. There were offers that were higher, but the sellers took a chance on me and I'm so thankful.

I would really recommend you look into manufactured homes, and getting your own lot to put it on! They are way cheaper than a house and can be nicer than normal mobile homes, and having your own land would be a huge plus.

I also live in Georgia and over the course of almost 4 months I looked at over 100 houses and put in 8 offers. Our 8th offer got accepted because of the letter I wrote. Good luck and good vibes!

This video made me feel a lot better in the way of knowing I’m not alone. I’ve spent this whole year trying to get a house. The first one fell through cause they said I didn’t make a lot of money. This time I actually got my old job back cause I got laid off last November. Which also doesn’t help me. And I have accepted offer now. But I’ve been waiting for appraisal. And I just don’t have high hopes. And my anxiety has been horrible. So I feel you. Good vibes being sent!

If buying a home isn't in the cards right now, what about renting one? Or renting a nice mobile home? My husband and I are at a point where we don't want to even bother trying to buy a house in this current market, but renting one is something we're looking into. After living in apartments for the past 10 years, it's time to try for a home. 🤣 Your makeup is always on point and I love how you make your hair "poofy" and quirky.

We ended up in a mobile home . I LOVE it . But house hunting was awful . Most places need ton money into it . I went with mobile home on MY own Lil piece of property. Gotta say BEST move and my animals ALL have own space . Love my yard and screened in deck . My ferrets love it .
