ZSun is literally the love of my life after this show - her choreos for KARD and Cocanbutter are so incredible, she's definitely one of the top underground choreographers in the world...I think during this show she might have not been in the best physical condition since she had to use the knee protector a lot (which she doesn't seem to need in the old Cocanbutter shows), either way she probably came up with the concept and choreo hence wasn't able to observe and focus on her own steps that well given such a short time span to prepare.....

16 shots is about a woman defending her mother and explaining that if someone hurts her mother she will kill them. I think it joined nicely with the story since Eve is such a strong symbol of the beginning of women and the Bible makes so many references to maternal figures like Mary. If the serpent lures Eve, then we all suffer.

Since the beginning of this show, CocaNButter song choices always be my favorite and I appreciate it about how brave they’re still use the music that they are love it even though not in a mainstream media but there is something that somehow makes me can’t feel the songs through their dancing, except during 1-1 battle coz they’re damn good that time? I feels like this way a lot on this team even though we all know how good they are as the dancer. I don’t know how to explain it well because at another videos, some people take my opinion on a wrong way. 😅🤷‍♀️ I don't know is it right to describe one thiny about CocaNButter based on my opinion as a casual viewers who isn't follow the show with all of their intensity about the views, likes, and another controversial topic ;d -> I feels that CocaNButter looks like feels uneasy about an unfamiliar songs?!? 🤔 It’s not like they were not all out. It just sometimes feels a bit “off” with the songs that they didn’t like it. 🤷‍♀️ Meanwhile on this mission definitely they were going crazy but sadly the execution was not looks good from my viewpoint. The idea and everything about this choreography was great and would be amazing if they did it in a good sync so maybe “people like me” doesn’t have space to come in and makes a “judgement”. Sorry, I’m just about going to laugh everytime I remember the reply of my comment last night. 😅 Edit: One big plus point for CocaNButter on this mission for me is I never imagine this kind of choreo would coming from them because if the idea was like this then ProwDMon is coming to my mind at the first place also Lachica and YGX would be good execute this kind of choreo because personally I think those three teams are looks like always having fun with concepts and themed performances. Hook is good but I think because of their ages I think it might be limiting their sex appeals for this kind of performance. Hehee..

Same thoughts actually. I also didn't expect that CocaNButter would come up with this kind of choreography, perhaps Prowdmon would, but we haven't really known them for a long time to have that perception. However, we have to give it to CocaNButter, the concept, the choreography and the beats of their song choice they came up with and used were excellent. Iban was perfect, however, I just thought that the krumpers could've given their executions more power, or perhaps their krump moves weren't just clearly translated in the video. Anyway, I am in no way a dancer. I'm just sharing my opinion as a viewer. But perhaps due to the limited time given to them, they couldn't give a perfect performance which can be seen in the lack of neatness and synchronization. It's really a pity because CocaNButter consists of very skilled dancers who, I believe, have been together for years already. Anyway, I definitely want to see more of them, hopefully in the finals since they don't seem to be doing well in terms of views and likes.

As per eng sub on the previous episode, they were aiming for something they like to perform so the audience will love. To be honest, veteran dancers who are not in the mainstream media will most likely create something to a music they love and it would be not half-baked but a well thought-off choreography that will be part of their book. With this type of competition wherein pressure, peers, and other aspects are in place, at times creativity/synchronization are compromised due to time constraint. Just like in their Hyuna mission - since it is not their preferred genre or type of song, they had to survive/create to accomplish it. But with their Megacrew piece and battle piece, all songs were curated by them - showing what type of dancers they are - hiphop, dancehall, popping, etc. With this piece I thought they played safe but utilized their manpower and relied on male counterpart to give an impact with their performance. If they were the only one dancing this it would be bland. Overall, their piece was great for a competition but for real they would not be doing that all over again. haha

@@joya3940 ~ yeah, Iban got all of the attention, tbh. And yupz, we were expecting much power from the male dancer but doesn’t happen and they’re still good with it until my focus almost always on the males ^^, not the girls who is basically the contestant on this show. Also I think they didn’t show a lot of krump on this mission because imo the music and concept looks like didn’t have more space for krumping. We don’t know. Hahaa.. If only talk about limited time then generally all teams have the same problem but specifically about this kind of choreo for CocaNButter yes I think they’re need more time to have more cliques with one another for this concept. I’ve no idea when CocaNButter was going to the battlefield for elimination at the second episode! How??? But then my friend who is practically a ballet dancer and loves this show was told me, “Hey, this is a show! They need a lot of trigger to make it fun!?” Then I’m like, “Oouw, Ok!”. 😅 Personally I would love to see ProwDMon, Holybang, CocaNButter at the final stages. One team that it would be fun to shaking the battle I think it’s between Lachica or YGX. Hook is good but somehow the young members looks like doesn’t getting used for the 1-1 battle. But I read a lot of comments was said that Hook got a lot of support by young generation so maybe the scenario would be different since Aiki is not only a good dancer but also had a lot of creativity on her mind as a choreographer.

tysm again for your dance analysis, it really helps me see the dance in different and detail way. btw, i'm just wondering what's your take about the lyrics that been used in this choreo or other crews as well? as well as i know, the dance performance isn't emphasizing the lyrics clearly, either explicitly or with the implicit meaning (except prowdmon). and i see the tendency in dance performance that just pick up the music and combining the music without taking the correlation meanings of the different lyrics, and the performance itself sometimes not using spesifically the lyric.

Yeah I agree, the lyrics wasn’t really right on with the song but I think they just had to go with this song given that it fit perfectly with the rhythm of the performance they were going for. I think other crews do listen and try to express the lyrics of the music, even if it’s in English haha

Anyone knows the dancing videos they used to introduce Iban? Especially the one where he was wearing very fancy clothes and hat? I was so impressed with him heating the beats like crazy :'( And CNB ate this mission up and left no crumbs!! I hope they will lead in terms of judges' scores, I really want to see what they would bring if the team makes finals
