I've a doubt How come t-lymphocytes crossed the blood brain barrier ? Isn't there microglial cells which would be responsible for the damage of AB-40/42 protein?

In healthy individual t cell entry in the CNS is very low but During neuroinflammation T- cell extravasation occurs across the Blood brain barrier & lead to edema, demyelination.
