It's the fact Neptune lost his mind for some reason, we understand that when all the planets changed their orbits he regained his mind back in a matter of days, compared to the silly Neptune we know now, he was intelligent and nerdy before being left alone where he lost his mind slowly because of his orbit. calling people by their names and even trying to fix salutations when the solar system was gonna go bye-bye, he also had a british accent, was formal and polite. yet what also makes it suspicious is that Neptune left his moons with Triton for a very long time, Triton makes a comment on this and yet with the amount of moons Neptune has, he shouldn't have been alone, yet he was. Without his moons. What was the cause of that? We don't know. That's what makes it even more suspicious and scary, he loses a lot of his memories or is hiding the truth because of something else, like he doesn't want them to know or he's telling the truth.
