Honestly, I cannot complain about an experience not going the way I expected it to be because as you said it is out of their control, so it is a bit unfair to have them afford it and so yeah but I think people see things differently and that’s of course fine.

I'm pretty sure they have legal disclaimers that say they're not responsible for 'force majeure' events that occur during the trip, and their liability is limited to things like lost luggage, but not more. I understand that many companies scam their customers by putting all the risks on the customers, but it shouldn't be reversed either. Both parties have to bear risks. There is no guaranteed full enjoyment of a service or product.

All over the world, it is the same problem or may be worst. Customer Protection Agency needs to be complained to just to have a record complaining about certain services not delivered the right way by some travel agencies. Next travel, use a different agent. I had a similar case , eventually I boycotted the agency I used to travel through.
