Am I going to jail for Reckless Driving

I was going 25 over. 80 in a 55. No other cars near me. Im 18 and this is my first time being pulled over. Officer charged me with reckless and i have court in a month. I also have a clean driving record as far as i know. I was the only one in my car. Do i stand a chance? Im a little scared. I cant go to jail.

i got a VA Uniform Summons for reckless driving... is there any way to figure out if I have an Arraignment?

Go to the Virginia Supreme Court website and look up your case and see whether it says "Adjudicatory" or "Arraignment" next to your court date and time. You can also call the clerk's office and ask.
