According to the Indian Constitution there's only two titles that a person can use along with their name academic title (Dr, Er, prof etc) and honorary titles (gallanty awards, national awards etc) so Jamir, Rongmei, Mero etc are surnames or clan names not titles

We Naga people needs to be educated when it comes to mix marriages, if the parents are from different races or tribe. It is known as mix marriage and the children inherit both the culture, which makes the children 50/50. In her case, she has south indian blood, Ao, and rongmei aswell, pretty multi ,I Cannot say the exact ratio but thats what she is. She is mix of different tribe and race.
