Hello, I have one myself but the quality of the video always seems so bad, I have the best recording settings but everytime I watch the clip on my computer doesn’t seem that good, has that ever happened to you? :/ Sometimes when It gets too much light the video immediately goes dark and I don’t know how to fix it! It’s a lovely a camera but I wish I was more satisfied with it ❤️

Canon is a great camera but the autofocus is bad and video quality can be better the Sony - ZV-1F or Sony - ZV-1 is a better camera

Everytime i transfer my video from this camera to my phone via wifi, the quality drop to 720p.. does this only happen to me? Anyone? This problem makes me think to sell this camera and switch to sony zv1f 😅

@@heykinan oh damn! No I haven’t! It’s weird because my videos used to be 1080p and then recently I noticed it would always now upload 720p. Maybe I’ll try inserting my Sd in my laptop and see if that makes a difference? I just need to find the adapter. Did you get the Sony zv1f?

Heyy so I ordered an sd card reader and it came today, and I'm pretty sure the issue was the way we were exporting the video files. I think sending the videos through wifi dropped the quality of the footage, whereas when the file was taken out straight from the sd card, it kept it :)

How do you transfer the vids to your MacBook without it getting rlly hot or to your phone without taking it so long ?!?! & how do you get the camera to have be clear and have the background dark like yours in this video 🤌🏼

hi, steph! 🤍 i use an adapter to download all of my footage onto my mac! from there when the adapter is connected i just put my sd card in and drag the footage into a folder on my mac desktop! to be honest mine has never gotten really hot so i’m not sure how to help you there ): also, when i transfer footage onto my phone it takes awhile as well, but this is because we shoot in high quality and it’s going to take a while to transfer to your phone regardless of what you do. i adjust my aperture, so that how i have adjusted the lighting in the video, i also color correct on fcp! 🤍 below i have attached a link of the adapter i use! feel free to check it out! i know apple also makes them if you’d prefer to buy it from them! www.amazon.com/Hiearcool-MacBook-Multiport-Compatible-Nintendo/dp/B07WPTG7NX/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=1ULUKU5098QX2&keywords=c+port+adapter&qid=1672585115&sprefix=c+port+a%2Caps%2C103&sr=8-1

Thanks for sharing some useful tips - very helpful. I have a G7ii which I like a lot but sometimes the autofocus definitely needs a bit a help.
