Radical Highway (No Wings) is such a b**** to S Rank, but while frustrating, it's still SO GOOD. The controls are precise enough that every time you fail, you know that it's your fault and not the game being broken or unfair. That's the kind of difficulty I want in Sonic Games. God I love Shadow Generations!

@gabrilepilon870 Tell me about it! Unlike the other stages, this one actually requires you to (maybe) do a perfect run. I kid you not, I beat Act 1 in 3:22 and still got an A Rank, saying I was 40 seconds behind. Although, when I beat it in 3:35, I was 4 seconds behind. I'm sure having a crapton of rings by the end of the stage is required.

​@@DarkShadowX9you don't need to be too perfect if you use Spear Glide tech. Radical Highway has a ton of shortcuts because it was designed to take advantage of the Doom Wings. So by using Spear Glide you can take advantage of that. Also Spear Glide is much easier to perform than Frontiers Homing Dash skip so yah 😂

@@DarkShadowX9 I totally agree. My time was around 3:44 and I was at the level for an hour and a half. I ended up mastering Act 1 and I have yet to S rank Act 2. My ONLY GRIPE with this stage is the stupid sliding section in the middle that leads to the second collection key. Jumping on that platform with the rainbow rings to get to the higher elevation is SO HARD and I don't know why.

you can interrupt the wing animation by gliding right after you trigger the doom wings

You were trying to get the S rank without the doom wings on radical highway act 2 from 1:59:51 to 3:19:35

I do feel like sam could try and learn speedrunning this game, even if it isnt to be the best, speedrunning this game has been some of the most fun i have ever had with a sonic game, idk if he reads these comments but i do think learning how to do some of the tricks is fun
