The big brain dump book has been a game changer for me this year, especially dealing with brain fog (perimenopause). I’m so glad you shared the suggestion from your therapist! Wow. Hey girl! Its so funny, I constantly write my "to-do" especially when parties, travel, art projects, rug hooking...etc. Love to dump from my brain and onto a list!😂

@@paulapost8004 it’s honestly been fun and and in the evening I check off everything I have completed - good dopamine kick! I’m a to do lister anyway that’s my method, but the overwhelm of December to-dos needed stronger medicine I think 😂
