Ich kenne das für Jagdhorn als Jäger-Locke und in einem anderen Zusammenhang als Plesshornlocke/Marsch. Aber ja, es klingt recht ähnlich zum Jägermarsch Nr. 3

Conductors in most European countries signed marches from other countries. They were used against each others countries, with weapons bought or stolen from each other, all "with God on our side". Now we must march against poverty, climate disturbing, environment, peace and against oppression of human rights. The time is over for patriotism, the splitting. Now it is time for matriotism, united for Mother Earth. If this march is not by Jean Baptiste Lully 1632-87, it was Russian, later used in Germany and Switzerland, with a still later arrangement, after 1870, by Heinrich Homann (*1845-1905).
