I forgot to tell to you one thing on your last vlog about cooking ...(at that time you dint feel to eat once you complete your cooking)the reason is our body will become dihydrate... I experienced I noticed in winter why when v cook immediately v don't feel to have food ... Sothat before we start cook we have to drink water or while cooking also it's better to take water then once v complete we can feel to have food along with our family members this thing I observed with my sister also we felt that arey v prepared food if others eat then only that satisfaction is enough when my mom remembered and notice abt me to have food immediately at that time I observed that my body s dehydrated then I started drinking water then after cooking could able to have food immediately 😊 check with you once 😊
