AM2R - "Ancient Power" Synthwave Cover

Someone requested split .ogg files so you can mod this into the game, so here they are! mega.nz/#!YbJD...
The ones labeled "HQ" are for the higher-sound-quality music pack included with the fanmade AM2R updates (post 1.1). If you don't have those/don't know what that is, just copy the ones without "HQ" and remove the "_mod" suffix.
I made them a bit quieter to be in line with the original mastering, and modified the "Flooded Complex" one a tiny bit to loop more nicely.

I thought it would be cool if Ace Waters covered this. Then I remembered: I know how to make music! So I decided to be the Ace Waters I wanted to see in the world.
This is one of the more faithful covers I've done; it's a pretty straightforward synthwave treatment of the original tracks that play in AM2R's Distribution Center. Normally I like to make bigger stylistic changes, but I kept getting ideas for different software synths/samples to use for the different parts, so eventually I just had to do this cover. I tried to reuse the same synths in different contexts to give the cover some unity. The first half (based on "Flooded Complex") is very relaxing, while the second half ("Ancient Power") has more kick to it.
"Hydro Station" is the most popular AM2R song to cover, and it has a similar feel to the Distribution Center tracks (probably because they're both water levels), but I found these more interesting since they have an original melody instead of being arrangements of a different Metroid track.

They're released as patches instead of full downloads. It's the same legal loophole that lets romhacks exist www.reddit.com/r/AM2R/comments/7cc7eq/am2r_unofficial_version_133_patch/

Alek Fleischer VGM one more thing Ive got a so recommendation if this is okay; could you possibly do the Metroid Prime credits theme on synthwave? Or whichever type? I think that'd be really awesome :) Thanks again for the help!
