There are exegetical concerns with this message. Balaam was not an Israelite. In Balaam's second and third oracles (23:18-24, 24:3-9), he uses language that refers to Israel from the outside. In his final oracle, he says he would return to his people and he does not join Israel. In Numbers 31:8, while routing the Midianites, "They also killed Balaam son of Beor with the sword." He was known by the Moabite princes and by Balak as one who would use omens at first (ceasing to use omens only in 24:1 because he saw what pleased the Lord). He was using something similar to a documented Babylonian method of the worship of Ea, Shamash, and Marduk in building seven altars. Then, he is referred to in Revelation 2:14 as a false teacher. Friends, please read your Bibles.

It’s a form of gambling..does that seem right to you? It’s probably not the worst thing to do in the world sure but what spiritual gain does it have? I been there plenty of times and I can tell u it’s pointless just stay home play bingo with your kids and try to enjoy life :)
