I love the lesson in this drama, ubaba kaLuba uzifunela amalobolo kalandaba le kusasa yomntwana wakhe. Let's protect our girl child. Marriage isn't an achievement & it doesn't last forever but education is a powerful tool to empower our children even if us as parents we're no longer there to protect them .
@thatonzimande96122 жыл бұрын
Well you can't say marriage is not forever. But I understand what your trying to say, as in this context marriage was irrelevant to that young girl and since she still had to pursue her dreams. In addition, she was just innocently dating and she did nothing wrong💔💔. The father was just hungry and unreasonable for absolutely no reason, and if they didn't believe her they should have we to check for her V card kuboMama abahlolayo

I love the "love of a mother" from Thabo's mother. When she hands over that unexpectedly pocket money to Thabo. "Uhambe kuhle boy boy wami, uthenge okumnandi hatshi okubabayo" I can relate to such situations. It brought a tear to my eyes.

@nestamunyoro77662 жыл бұрын
I see Luba not having peace at home with father shouting at her everyday. Seeing the good relationship which exists between Luba's mother and Luba's aunt (ubabakazi, her father's sister), Luba eventually goes to stay with her aunt who anywhere has been responsible for paying her school fees. In SA, Thabo finds a domestic job under an empathetic employer who listens attentively to his plight. Gets support to further his studies. These two schoolchildren work extremely hard burning the midnight oil.They are a great joy to the new families they are staying with. They kept in touch. They both excel in their further studies. They get high paying paying jobs. Thabo comes back to propose to the girl of his dream. Luba's father accepts, but greatly ashamed and apologies for all his past evil actions to Thabo's parents and also to his sister. The gossip woman wishes the earth would swallow her for almost destroying the lives of these children. A big wedding celebration is held, and they all lived happily ever after.

Well done for this piece girls👏👏👏👏👏 There was a lot of this happening in our society that's why these girl child protection acts have come into effect. Girl's were literally chased away if found to be pregant, not married off. Parents would drag their daughters and dump them at the boyfriend's home. A lot of girls were committing suicide as a result or drinking bleach etc. I am glad there's this awareness about the laws in place.
