Hi. I am going to be operating one of these machines. I was wondering if the operator can access programs on a thumb drive?

Doubtful unless they incorporate a typical lap top setup in or for the control panel. My guess they will be already on file on the machine. Production control will probably remove and update as production changes. Especially if the product you're running at that time is for proprietary products.

Can I switch off this head up function when its done cutting of a hole or detail,its slow down the process,I want to make it up like 20/30mm for faster jog move??? The machine is Amada 6kW 3015

@@erik51153 Hello! Yes you can, quite easily. There are 3 different modes, standard, medium and high. Default is standard and moves the head up before going to the next line - medium, jumps from line to line and high have the head fixed in place and doesn't go up. If there's an uneven sheet, do not use high as it will crash. You can find it quite easy in your cutting conditions.
