hearing that level scaling has been somewhat fixed is a huuuuge plus for me. in the original, a level difference of 3 already caused fights youre underleveled to drag on forever and fights youre overleveled for to be trivial. the level scaling made a difference in a few levels feel like a difference of 20 levels

The most exciting part of this is that you can play it on a better, more powerful hardware. Such a great game that was stuck on Nintendo switch at 30. FPS is a crime just like Monster Hunter rise. When that came over the Xbox game pass and I was playing it on my series X it was so amazing and I even double dip and I bought it for my steam deck OLED and I was hoping this game will come out for Game Pass and I'll just stream it to my steam deck but eff it. I'm going to buy it for Steam and play it on my deck and be able to play it at 90 HZ instead of at 30. And honestly, I don't understand anybody that owns the switch and owns other consoles. Why would they rebuy this on the switch when you can finally play it at 4K on your PS5s or Xboxes or at a higher frame rate on your gandheld PC

All QoL features are present in both stories. It doesn't matter which story you start with, they are both (somewhat) self-contained and put their own spin on the characters and their interactions.

Apparently there’s a super boss you can only fight if creation is completed. So if you do vengeance first, and ended up wanting to fight it, you would have to do creation than do vengeance again. Really only needed if you want more difficult boys to fight and want to get 100% (superboss is an achievement)

Go through the new route. However keep in mind that you will need to play through the game 3 times to get all of the content (both routes have new stuff), but try the new route first.
