Shatta Rakho ran away with my $700 in 2011 when I returned from United States to promote my album. I asked him to produce 1000 copies of CDs at Digital Image at Amakom. He disappeared with the money for five months and I had to return to the States without selling the CDs. Dan Bassey intervened and retrieved money for me after I left. I listened to the entirety of the interview. Yes I agree with most that Nana was halting in his deliveries and Hammer did a great job fishing out the answers and stories BUT I disagree with those saying Amakye Dede is not intelligent. C'mon do you think it takes just talent (which we all agree he possesses) to last 50 years in this industry and not gone into financial ruins? Nana is both intelligent and talented and smart. This interview was a bit sub-par but for his age and immense contribution to the cultural body ethos of our dear Ghana, we cut him some slack. Iron boy there is none like you. Thank you for all you have done, the happiness and comfort your music has given us millions of people, we say y3dasi paa. Hammer, you are a great interviewer and I just subscribed to your channel.
