Amal Clooney is an amazing woman. She paid such a wonderful tribute to her father in law Nic Clooney and her husband George.She is not only a brilliant international human rights lawyer who represents clients who have been wrongfully prosecuted by despotic regimes but she goes down to the ground to meet victims of human rights abuses and raise awareness about their plight. Her wonderful speech was delivered without notes because as a barrister, she is used to advocacy in the courts where she represents her clients. She has my utmost respect and admiration. ❤

After Nadia Murad Basee Taha escaped she reached a refugee center. There she became contact and was finally accepted in a German program called "Special contingent for particularly vulnerable women and children from northern Iraq" Sonderkontingent für besonders schutzbedürftige Frauen und Kinder aus dem Nordirak. That finally made medical help possible and her contact to human rights and Amal Clooney. Both woman are doing a very important job! I hope this work will continue as long as necessary!
