Absolutely, here's a recipe for raw amla juice without any additional ingredients:
Ingredients:
Amla (Indian Gooseberries): 2-3 (depending on size)
Instructions:
Wash the amla thoroughly under running water.
Cut the amla into pieces. You can either remove the seeds or leave them in, depending on your preference. The seeds are a bit bitter, but contain some nutrients as well.
Add the amla pieces to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth. This may take some time depending on your blender's power.
Strain the juice using a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
Tips:
For a slightly less tart juice, use riper amla fruits.
Drink the juice immediately for maximum nutritional benefit. Amla juice can oxidize and lose some of its vitamin C content over time.
If you find the juice too strong, you can dilute it with a little bit of water after straining.
Important Note:
Raw amla juice can be quite tart and sour. If you're not used to the taste, you may want to start with a smaller amount or dilute it further with water
