Funny how it's acceptable to be into black metal, and then broaden your taste, or even change your taste like Ulver did, but it's not ok to be a pop musician and then change your taste to black metal. Change works both ways. Hell I was into pop when I was an early teen, Now I've an extensive black metal collection.

There's a difference between posing as a black metal, and being inspired by it. Amalie Brunn happens to be a Danish folk singer who's inspired by various genres of music including black metal, but not once mentioned that she was black metal. I don't know why you guys are so harsh on her. She obviously woke up from the lies and found her roots. Instead of living in New York, covering her accent and trying to fit into our civilization, she found her roots and embraced them. We should be happy when something like this happens.

The only problem and the only posers are the ones complaining that she also decided to play metal music... and no it's not black metal but it's metal and it actually sounds good compared to some "Trve Kvlt" black metal bands out there today.... I guess that's the real problem that she looks good, she sounds great and on top of all that she has style and knows how to dress the way she finds fit/comfortable. I seriously doubt she would switch to metal for the money since she could if done literally anything else in this aspect so you're all just bitching about her for no real reason except for being her.... where is the poser part? I doubt she denies anything from her past and as humans we are all inclined to evolve and discover ourselves.... luckily for the ones who like her work (including me) she doesn't care enough for the hate to stop doing what she does so cheers to you Amalie and thank you for doing what you love!!!! :)
