Not all clinics what to be responsible with the expense, also some clinic like to keep the liability on the MD's (which often works in a persons favor if a person has a ICBC or WCB claim open) so that if there is a person with a tricky case there is more chance of confidence in medical findings. Chiro's want to always be able to refer back to imaging that the MD's have done, to prove they were not involved with mistreatment. At least this is my 2 cents.
