I dont know a lot of womens football nor do I watch a lot of it outside what is posted by Arsenal. I also dont know how other clubs are treating their women footballers BUT I love how MY club is showing the same courtesy and same attention to their female signings. Most women's matches are played at Meadow Park (Thameslink train from St Pancreas to Elstree & Boreham Wood, 30 minutes train, 20 minutes walk from station) and the atmosphere is always rocking! Best place to be is the North Bank, standing terrace, where the Supporters Club hang out.

Arsenal is in London right? Start scouting and developing girls in actual London, not in the home counties where their academy is. Women’s football in England is a mess, excluding local working class talent.

@@billywindsock9597 actually all the best teams like Barcelona 2010 , Man Utd 1999 had a core of high quality home grown talent and if you look at Barcelona and Lyon who have completely dominated the women’s game in Europe, they are full of homegrown players. I am not against buying foreigner players but I really against women’s teams in London completely ignoring talent in their own city, that probably better than foreign talent they are importing from Scandinavia and Canada if they spent the time scouting and developing girls in real london. Look at men’s football, where is the female Saka, Bellingham, Walker, TAA, Tomori, Phillips, Abraham etc. there are none because the English FA had the incredibly dumb idea of putting all the elite academies for girls outside of the big diverse cities and in upper middle class areas making women’s football a white upper class sport in England
