Liked this before I finished watching it. I just knew it was going to be good. You are like sunshine. 🙂🙂 I wish I'd known the importance of learning the basic strokes and using guidelines. Makes all the difference to my calligraphy and lettering. Thank you for another great video. 🙌🙌

I wish I knew the first tip when I started. I bought kuretake metalic brush pen and tombow dual brush at first and regreted it instantly. I can letter with them now but when I started I just ruined those brush pen nibs and still couldn’t use them properly

I like your advice on not buying every pen. I do have to restrain myself since I am a pen snob/junkie. I have learned that if pens are sold in packs, they must be sold separately somewhere. And so I just buy one of that brand, usually in black, because if I like it, that’s the default color in lettering, right? Then if I decide I like it, even still I’ll only buy a few colors, create a small color palate. Then if I really really like them, they get added to my birthday or Christmas list. But yah buying every pen, not a good idea.

Thanks for the tips!!! If you need somewhere to unload all those pens...just let me know. 😂
