Amanda, I've learned so much about healthy eating form your channel. Could you please post a video or series about fitness and healthy eating tips for beginners? I recently gave birth to my 3rd baby and my body just isn't bouncing back as it did last time and I'm really struggling. I need easy/quick home based workouts since I do have 3 under the age of 2 (Alhamdulilah twins) and I just don't have the opportunity to leave my house. I usually squeeze in a workout once I get all the babies to bed around 8:30-9pm depending how bad they trashed the house during the day 😂😂 end of the day cleaning typically takes 30-45 mins to get my house in order before I can workout assuming the newborn didn't interrupt for a feeding.

It’s not my place to label anything halal or haram but here’s an explanation of what CBD is: CBD is the non-psychoactive part of the cannabis plant (it can't get you high!) CBD works with our body's Endocannabinoid System (or ECS for short) which regulates everything from our sleep, to our digestion, to our menstrual cycle -- and much more. It also works to regulate the effects of stress hormones like Cortisol and Adrenaline -over time, many people report feeling more even-keel, less affected by stress, and more patient overall. * I got this info from my dosage specialist!
