I can’t express how much I needed this conversation and this language. Thank you, Amanda.

Well ladies another medicinal conversation in the early morning for this Canadian lass . What a topic which is fabulous and timely for myself. Music is so powerful for me in this season of my journey . I am a survivor of PTSD from domestic violence which went hand in hand with mental health issues . Yea so music and Jesus are my walking stick so to speak right here right now . It’s a hard thing to deal with day on day - right . I have just returned to my up all night sleep all day to stay away from ppl. If I don’t put myself in a safe zone with music I’d be a lost . So I cast my cares and trie and move forward with the task at hand that Jesus has me on . Just a footnote I use the words “ our father” then I count to 20 and go to “ our father who art in heaven … stop then add and continue and it really does distract from the “ bats in the belfry ( attic and or head “ ) . I learned to do that in a recovery centre by a lady who belonged to the Gray Nuns . Just saying lol . So I’ll stay tuned for more chit chat from you lady’s and as always thanks bunches eh ! The whole album is stellar Amanda ! Cheers 🇨🇦 🇨🇦 🇨🇦 Dominus bless you both !

The interviewer is talking over Amanda way too much. Please let her get her thoughts out, complete a sentence, then you can interject.
