Practice even if you gotta take a bucket out full of balls by yourself It's important every second day I spend 4 hours pitching, game days I spend a good solid 45 mins straight pitching before hand I was giving up 20 runs per game managed to knock it down to 14 runs on this routine of course after you build the muscle memory you don't need to do it so often but if your struggling start pitching on your off time I wish you the best

And my teammate got hit in the leg and bext was me I got hit too my fan was going craz crazy cause the parent on the other team was like bailing out laughing. I was about to attack until the other team 2 base girl ask if i was okay she was so nice for but i hate the pitcher ever since. But I scared people when i pitch cause I make a mean face when i pitch they try to put me in 14 older softball and im 11 cause in that good like omggggg like whatttttttt chase i been playing baseball. Since 4 and i got kicked off that team cause i was a girl. Now in in softball and they made the wrong choice hahahaha. Like it me and my brother makes the face when we pitch and we scare them. So it fun when I pitch cause i scare them I play on ever base 1st 2nd 3rd and catcher outfield each side middle short stop like you can't out rub me. But then I got hurt and now in trying to gain all of that back like my pitching is kind of getting better i can rub fast anymore so it coming not fast the but it coming. Sorry if this is to long

Ok I had the same problom! So to fix it if the ball goes to the left you turned your hips to late and if it goes to the right you opened your hips way to early. So bacicly when your in your wind up the arm that has the ball has to release the ball at the hip but if your hips are twisted befor you release the ball it’s gonna go to your right and if you twist your hips to late and it will go to the left so I hope that helped you sorry I explained it super weirdly but also with it going super slow don’t worry about it it’s not about speed it’s about proper mechanics speed will come after as long as you can get the ball across home plate you should be good so I hope this helped I’m still learning myself but I’m super decent I’ve been pitching for like 3 years so yea there’s still stuff I’m working on to
