Gorgeous DIY Texture Wall Art with Green and White, How to Make Your Own Wall Art
In this painting I am doing a really fun textured piece of wall art! This is so easy, anyone can do this at home for their own piece of wall art! I used spackle and a texture tool to create various shapes across three wood panels, and then used acrylic paints in white and green to fill in the textured portions. I am loving this green and will be using it again. Lightening it up with the white was a gorgeous color to work with!

Are you taking any measures to protect the sides of the frame before you spackle or paint?

I tape the sides and back to keep them clean from the paste.

I am using spackle and acrylic paints. I used cake icing tools to create the arches.

This is spackle. I do not add anything to it so I don't know if glue would change how it dries but you could always test it out!
