Scinic SPF 50 is another kbeauty product that NO ONE ever talks about. It is like $8.50 on Amazon, does not aggravate my acne-prone skin, has no fragrance…it is the best I have ever used. I also like the Haruharu Wonder, Beauty of Josean, etc…but NONE beat the Scinic! Please try it - I would love to see your review!

I got both the tirtir essence and the haruharu wonder barrier essence, they are both SO good but the barrier one is like nothing I've tried before, it's an incredible texture. Your recs never steer me wrong!

The innstree sunscreen is the best! I’ve been using it for several years now. I’ve tried a few others and always come back. I will also say that I have very reactive, acne prone but dry skin and switching to k beauty has been a game changer. Most western beauty companies assume if you are acne prone that you’re a teenager and very oily.

The banila co cleansing balm is also another great alternative! It’s quite gentle and can remove the judydoll and clio mascaras!

My personal favorite Korean sunscreen for dry skin is the Dr. Ceuracle Hyal-Reyouth Moist Sun. Surprisingly lightweight for how hydrating it is. It does have fragrance, jsyk. I can't use it every day, since it starts to irritate my skin over time, but the vast majority of asian sunscreens irritate my skin, so that's not necessarily representative.

Yay for K beauty 🎉 You’ve influenced me to buy so much K-beauty over 2024 and I’ve been so happy with every single purchase. The Tir Tir milk toner is my favorite too. I use it everyday. I also use the Haruharu Wonder black rice gel face wash & their SPF. Amazing brand!! Skin 1004 makes my favorite SPF. Korean SPFs are the only ones that don’t break me out. I love them. Also side note…I just got my Dior beige mitza in the mail yesterday. I’m in love 🥰 Happy holidays Amanda ❤️🎄

I have more neutral (warmer in summer) olive skin and the missha bb cream works fantastically for me. Love that stuff 😊 (have shades 23 and 25; sometimes mix in a bit of 25 in summer because it's a little less grey, but way too warm on its own) the heimish bb cream is also fantastic. A little less glowy but sits so natrually on the skin and also wears all day and had some spf. 😊

I’ve been using the Haruharu sunscreen all year and love it, literally have 6 back ups I bought last time they were on sale. It’s beautiful. I’ve tried this one too, it’s nice, I didn’t repurchase though.

I'd like to see your thoughts on lesser globally known kbeauty brands but which are currently trendy in korea like Coralhaze, Laka, Bbia, Alternative stereo and Dinto. Imo, the Romand JLTs are rather outdated in their formula since they were first released several years ago and newer korean brands have come miles in lip tint formulation since. Although I hear Romand just reformulated their JLTs a month ago too!

After two tubes of the Isntree sunscreen, I can say I’m not a fan. The finish is quite shiny (some European sunscreen didn’t this too - but not as a feature :/)I could feel it while wearing it and the hyaluronic acid can be quite drying in arid climates or winter. Other popular sunscreens like Beauty of Joseon and Skin 1004 haven’t caused any these issues on me.

I did missha over a decade ago, because they had my shade in 27 and yes, grey and I'm olive. But I hated how oily it was. Any how seen tons in tkmaxx under a tenna in Uk

I wish that Haruharu Wonder toner didn’t have aspergillus extract in it. It’s a common mold allergen and I just found out I’m allergic to it. I had to get it out of my cart right away! (Also allergic to mugwort which is in a lot of Korean skincare and is a common allergen)

When you talk about lip products, can you mention if there is a scent (fragrance or just the natural smell of the ingredients that can be detected), or a flavor added or just the taste of the ingredients. I don't know how many lip products I've bought based on a rave review based on the performance and formula but I put it on and it tastes like I sprayed my grandmothers perfume in my mouth like binaca, some fruity flavor or strong fruity fragrance was added as well as some that nothing was added but they should have because the ingredients smell or taste like ass.

The Tir Tir milk toner was hands down the worst skin care product I’ve ever used😂 It made my skin so sticky and tacky feeling! Like I was sweating in the smoldering sun all day and never washed my face!
