This is about noise service. Wrost service by noise.... I'm using "VS102 pro" product. I'm facing issue that my left earbud is not charging properly, it remains connected after the case is closed. I complaint about this through warranty service. They returned me the same product without any solution and said that funny thing is that when i called customer(ankush dubey) care again, he told me that they can't do anything in this matter and said that if complain again they will return the same product so there's no mean to complain 😂 And now they blacklisted my number. Can you imagine getting blocked from some third class company's customer care😅. I have many proof that how they fooled me and of there product. Literally wrost service ever i faced. Be careful once you purchased it then forget about getting repaired 😢
