Amani Coverz: Ain’t No Way by Aretha Franklin

I love soul music and I am a student of strong, soulful singers such as the Queen, Ms Aretha Franklin. I too, grew up singing in church so I identified with the gospel in her sound. I remember when I first heard her music thinking to myself, “What a powerful voice…” I appreciated that her songs told stories about love and also speaks to the strength of a woman after love takes unexpected turns. This is definitely a tribute to soul music.
